Stepping in 4 Respect is a systems-based initiative for institutions that are committed to positively affecting the delivery of healthcare by creating a culture of respect and inclusion. The overall program is designed to provide two levels of engagement: institutional leadership and the healthcare and support teams comprised of faculty, staff, trainees and students.
