• In-person sessions. Instructors and EIRs onsite to provide one-on-one instruction and feedback. Previous I-Corps work is useful but not required.
• This is not a regional cohort but a great opportunity for teams to get individualized instruction, feedback and consultation with EIRs.

Spring

• March 5, 1 to 3 p.m., via Zoom
• March 6, 1 to 3 p.m., in-person
• March 13, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• March 20, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• March 27, 10 a.m. to noon, in-person 
• Broad overview of core concepts with collaborative learning about customer discovery best practices.

Summer

• July 9, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• July 16, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• July 23, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• July 30, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• August 6, 10 a.m. to noon, via Zoom
• August 13, 10 a.m. to noon, in-person
• This is a program to dive deeper into the business model canvas, customer segments, value propositions and business thesis; Teams will be guided as they complete 20+ interviews; These sessions best prepare teams interested in the National I-Corps program.

• Broad overview of core concepts with collaborative learning about customer discovery best practices

NOTE: Teams are encouraged to participate in more than one cohort, as customer discovery or work on additional value propositions uncovers new opportunities for their innovations.
