Jill Simandl (MBA ’03) serves as Director of Finance and Operations for LVG. She is responsible for managing the Group’s financial operations, budgeting, human resources and business office functions, ensuring optimized and seamless administration to support the full range of LVG stakeholders.
Jill joined the group in 2022. Her background includes over 25 years of experience in financial and administrative management, including senior positions with fast-growth technology and services enterprises backed by private equity and venture capital firms, as well as startup and entrepreneurial roles with multiple Virginia-based enterprises. Her areas of expertise include financial and accounting analytics, due diligence, procurement and contracting, financial systems implementation, and business process optimization.
