Adam Kerpelman will share thoughts on his recent experience with the Start-up Bus: Washington, D.C., a 48-hour race in which participants worked to develop a viable business as they traveled to Austin, Texas to the SXSW Festival. He will also discuss his experience at the SXSW Festival and his continuing efforts to keep the Start-up Bus moving forward.   

Oliver Platts-Mills, an analyst at Investure, has worked to bring the first Tom Tom Founders Festival to Charlottesville, a month-long celebration of music, arts and innovation that includes panels on Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Design and Biotech Start-up Hubs.
