Elizabeth Boucher is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the University of Virginia's Licensing and Ventures Group executive team. She acts as the liaison, managing high-level interactions and maintaining critical relationships between key partners and stakeholders

Elizabeth is proud to support the LVG team and work on projects that contribute to its smooth operation. Formerly an entrepreneur of three businesses, creator of two non-profits, event planner, and U.S. diplomat in Peru, she is committed to listening to others' stories so as to learn and continually grow in any environment.

Drawn to the sciences, Elizabeth is excited to learn from her colleagues and be part of a dynamic team of intelligent individuals, creating meaningful, positive change in the world.
